Who we are

DiscordListings.link is an independent directory of Discord servers. We are not affiliated with Discord Inc.

What we collect

  • Account details. When you sign up we store your email address and a securely hashed password.
  • Server listing data. When you submit a server we store the information you provide: server name, descriptions, tags, language, invite code or vanity URL, and related metadata (such as NSFW flag and bump history).
  • Log data. Our web server logs basic information such as IP address, user agent, pages visited and timestamps. This is standard for keeping the service secure and debugging issues.
  • Analytics. We use self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics (Matomo) to understand aggregate usage – for example which pages are popular and which countries visitors come from. We do not use third-party ad trackers.

How we use your data

  • To operate the website and show public listings.
  • To prevent abuse, spam, and fraudulent activity.
  • To contact you about your account or listings when necessary.
  • To improve the directory and plan new features based on aggregate usage.

Cookies

We use small cookies to keep you logged in and to remember basic preferences. Our analytics may set a first-party cookie to help understand returning visits. We do not serve third-party advertising cookies.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with infrastructure providers (for example our hosting company or email provider) when necessary to operate the service, and only under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep account and listing data while your account is active. If you delete a server listing, it will be removed from public view; limited logs may be retained for abuse-prevention and security purposes.

Your choices

  • You can edit or remove your server listings at any time while logged in.
  • You can contact us to request account deletion or to ask what data we hold about you.
  • You can configure your browser to block analytics cookies if you prefer.

Age requirements

You should only use DiscordListings.link if you are old enough to use Discord in your country (13+ in many regions) and you meet Discord’s own terms of service. Servers containing adult or NSFW content must be marked with the 18+ flag.
