1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DiscordListings.link you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Independent service

DiscordListings.link is an independent directory and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. “Discord” and related logos are trademarks of Discord Inc.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be old enough to use Discord in your jurisdiction and follow Discord’s own terms of service.

4. Server listings

  • You may only submit servers that you own or are authorised to manage.
  • Your listing content (names, descriptions, tags, images) must comply with applicable laws and Discord’s own rules.
  • Adult or NSFW servers must be clearly marked with the 18+ / NSFW flag.
  • No hate speech, harassment, doxxing, illegal content, or promotion of malware.
  • We may edit, hide, or remove listings at our discretion, especially for spam or abuse.

5. Bumps and visibility

Bumps and listing positions are provided on a best-effort basis. We may adjust algorithms or limits over time to keep the directory fair and usable.

6. Third-party links

Each listing links out to a third-party Discord invite. We do not control what happens once you leave DiscordListings.link. Use your own judgement and report unsafe servers to both us and Discord where appropriate.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of listings, or that invites will remain valid.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiscordListings.link and its operator(s) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any servers you join via our listings.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
